We are excited to announce that beginning next week, we will offer free guided tours, with normal paid admission to the Museum, on Tuesdays at 1pm. These tours will give a general overview of the Museum, highlighting our exhibits and aircraft along the way.
On the 2nd Tuesday of each month, we will offer a different tour – an interior look into our historic and fully renovated Ship 41! This was the first DC-3 used for Delta passenger service, flying its first flight on Christmas Eve 1940. This tour requires participants to wear gloves and shoe covers (we’ll provide), and is not handicap accessible.
Once you buy your admission ticket, meet up under the Huff-Daland crop-duster model in Hangar 1. Tours begin promptly at 1pm, and last about 45 minutes. Reservations are not accepted.
We hope you will join us to learn more about the history of Delta Air Lines and its family at the Delta Flight Museum!
